Hello, all! I apologize for my absence. As my wonderful wife said, I've been very busy splitting my time between my current job, starting my own business, and my family. Things have been hectic, but also pretty good.
On the medication front, I've had a slight adjustment. I was taking 450 mg Wellbutrin XL, 50 mg Trazadone, and 200 mg Lamictal (along with multi-vitamin and omega-3 supps). This cocktail is still the same, however I have really been having trouble concentrating. At my quarterly appointment with my psychiatrist, I informed her of this and she added 18 mg Concerta to the mix. So far it seems to be helping me concentrate, however my wife and I are keeping a very close eye out for any adverse effects. It is a form of speed (Ritalin) and I REALLY don't want to inadvertently throw myself into mania.
I must admit that being busy isn't the only reason for my infrequent postings, as of late. I really am feeling better, but I know I'll never be cured. Talking about that fact on my BLOG reminds of this. It's a reminder that I need but something that I like to pretend doesn't exist sometimes.
So with that confession, I'll be trying once again to post on a regular basis. It means a lot to me that so many people were concerned about my absence. I really wish I could speak this freely with my close friends. However, I am still frightened of the stigma attached to my disease and I can't let this information become common knowledge to all those around me.

The person is slowly getting used to cars, mostly to the news, which are tied with the past. Either it is its manufacturer or it is its design but they have something in common. Nowdays, as concerns "alived" cars, they are mostly sport cars. The "Fathers" of today?s followers was somehow special for their age, they had something inside themselves what is alived to this times. Why had it been constructing cars which have their rootes in 50-ties, 60 –ties and 70 – ties. People know how to honour this jewel which survives even 50 years and therefore these cars are so exceptional. What do the years 1968-1973 and 2006 have in common? The only one thing, the collocation Opel GT!

At Halliburton/KBR, sexual assault is just part of the workplace experience for women Like many viewers, I watched this ABC 20/20 report when it first aired in December with jaws-open, eyes-bugging horror. It told the story of two women workers for Halliburton/KBR who had been sent to Iraq. There, one, Jamie Lee Jones, a young computer tech, was gang-raped on her fourth day by coworkers after being drugged; the other, Tracy Barker, was sexually assaulted by a State Department employee. Both immediately reported their assaults, only to have KBR first lock them in isolation, then question their accusations. In the case of Jones, it even "lost" the medical report that documented evidence of gang rape.

My name is Irene Pak and i would like to show you my personal experience with Concerta.
I am 60 years old. I have been taking concerta for three days now. So far it is wonderful. I was previously on ritalin for 2 months, and felt like I was on rollercoaster. I would go from jittery to severly depressed and crying. After changing to concerta three days ago, I feel like myself again, only with much more energy focus and concentration. I am sure hoping this will continue. I am on 36mg.
I have experienced some of these side effects-
mild headache, dry mouth, some affect on sleep
I hope this information will be useful to others,
Irene Pak
