I was diagnosed bipolar type II 17 years ago. I attempted to ignore the illness for most of that time. Recently, I have admitted that I am ill, and I have been attempting to deal with the illness in a responsible manner. I am trying to engage in a type of anonymous talk therapy in a effort to understand my illness. I hope that I help others to understand the illness, and i hope that I can be some kind of resource for others dealing with BP.
I am 31 years old, I live in the midwest with my wife and two sons. I like watching football, and most sports. I an a history buff. I recently became a workout fanatic (we will see if this lasts). I spend as much time with my family as I can. Finally, I have started an extensive amateur research project into my illness.
